This run started off feeling really good, but after 15-20 minutes started going downhill (figuratively, that is). Starting at 30 mins or so, I walked 2 minutes/ran 4:49 twice, walked 2, ran the rest of the way home (6+ mins). With the average pace still at 10:43, I guess I was running a lot faster in the first part that it felt like I was. My HR was fairly high, but I must've had happy legs in that first part of the run because they didn't feel tired or draggy (until after the speedy part).
