After having eaten so much popcorn at the movies, I really felt like getting out and moving with some low-impact exercise, so I just walked. I also wanted to get out and back before the line of severe thunderstorms blew through. My left ankle is still wonky. Sigh.
Food
Breakfast: blueberries, strawberries, grapes, small banana, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: @Dick Clarks - supposed to have had a greek salad, but it was absolutely drenched with dressing so I didn't eat it (aside from about 3 bites of lettuce & 4 cherry tomatoes that somehow managed to miss getting soaked) and ordered some black bean soup instead; had a couple small bites of veggie pizza.
Afternoon Snack: a ton of popcorn (no "butter") at the movie (Get Smart), 1 Hershey's 65% cacao with nibs square.
Supper: big green salad with romaine & spinach, carrots, radishes, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, cucumbers, bean sprouts, tomatoes, feta, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, raspberry balsamic vinegar.
