Wanna Run

I'm back on pool, garden, & kitty duty for my parents today through Tuesday. Today is supposed to be relatively cool, but the other four days are expected to be right around 90 which means lugging tons of water and then even more, twice a day. I think I'm going to take my hose & hook it up to theirs to see if it'll reach most of what has to be watered. It's hard enough work without a bum ankle on top of it all.

Speaking of which, it was puffy again this morning and is a bit achey. I kept it wrapped yesterday until I went over to Mom's in the evening and will keep it wrapped all day today (unless I spend more time in the pool). The PT exercise sheet arrived in the mail today. I know the spur isn't going to disappear, but I sure hope the inflammation goes away. Right now, though, I just want to go for a run. :-|

Food

Breakfast: fruit salad - blueberries, banana, strawberries, clementine; 1/2 oz walnuts.
Morning Snack: 3 vanilla Oreos
Lunch: steamed green beans, wild rice, corn on the cob, watermelon.
Afternoon Snack: watermelon.
Supper: [ate late ... 9 pm] Triscuits, Laughing Cow Lite Spreadable Swiss, Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto, watermelon, 3 Musketeers Mint.
Evening Snack: n/a
