Another Day With Too Much Junk

I was going to go to the movies this afternoon, but the cinema has stopped the afternoon matinees since school starts next week.

Workout

I'd originally intended to do some hill repeats, but just felt too tired. I'm still a little achey, too. I picked up the results of the CBC from last week. My RBC is low and MCV & MCH are high. Everything else is normal. I need to start taking the B-12/folate supplement consistently, again.

Food

Breakfast [10:00 a.m.]: fruit salad - blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, nectarine, watermelon; 1/2 oz almonds.
Morning Snack: n/a
Lunch [12:45 p.m.]: Triscuits, Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto, grilled wild halibut, cantaloupe.
Afternoon Snack [3:50 p.m.]: Snickerdoodle, watermelon, ... loads of Kisses (out of them now!) and the rest of the Raisinetts.
Supper [6:00 p.m.]: Triscuits, Laughing Cow Spreadable Lite Swiss, whole wheat tortilla, watermelon.
Evening Snack: n/a

Bah. One of these days I'll get through an entire day of eating the way I'd like to without falling into a crater of crap.

a FoM called @ 19:19 and begged (?) me to meet them at Luby's for dinner.
