Once again, the run seemed harder than it should have. The pace wasn't that hard, although since it was supposed to be a recovery run, I suppose I should have done it closer to 11:10 or 11:15. My legs felt generally okay, especially since yesterday was hill day. Tomorrow is supposed to be a tempo run.
Food
Breakfast 9:30 a.m.: blueberries, banana, clementine, black plum, 1/2 oz almonds.
Morning Snack 11:30 a.m.: 2 Walkers Shortbread cookies, Diet Coke.
Lunch 1:15 p.m.: big salad - mixed baby greens, red leaf lettuce, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, avocado, strawberries, ground flaxseed, balsamic vinegar, feta.
Afternoon Snack 3:00 p.m.: 1 Walkers Shortbread cookie, Crystal Light.
Supper 6:00 p.m.: Light sour cream & onion Pringles, whole wheat pita, hummus, cantaloupe, 3 dark Kisses.
Evening Snack 7:30 p.m.: 3 Triscuits & honey; 8:45 p.m. 3 Musketeers Mint.
There's too much junk creeping in, again, and too much grazing. The Pringles tasted really salty, presumably because I've not been eating much salty stuff for the past few weeks.
