This was 1:41 slower than on Saturday. I felt awkward, clunky, and stiff while running. I suppose that's what I get for being a serious couch potato for three days, especially yesterday when I didn't even bother to get out of my pajamas all day. I still feel blah, but at least I managed to get out the door. An to top it off, my face has broken out worse than usual. Ugh.

Supper: 6:16 p.m. filet mignon medallions in brown sauce, mushrooms, fries, mixed vegetables, Cornetto icecream.
