Breakfast 8:40 a.m.: blueberries, banana, green grapes, black plum, 1/2 oz almonds.
Morning Snack 10:15 a.m.: Triscuits, Laughing Cow Lite Spreadable Swiss, Diet Coke.
Lunch 1:00 p.m.: buffalo burger patty, wild rice, carrots, celery, radishes, cauliflower, cherries.
Afternoon Snack 3:30 p.m.: Pecan Poppycock, the whole 8 oz bag; 4:45 p.m. Cool Ranch Doritos, 2.5 oz bag; 5:20 p.m. 5 dark Kisses.
Supper 7:00 p.m.: edamame, cherries, green grapes.
Evening Snack 8:30 p.m.: Triscuits & honey; 10:00 p.m. Gobstoppers.
