It's been a while again since I've had a headache, but I sure ended up with one this afternoon. Spending a couple hours with second graders wasn't the problem. After school, I went to my grandparents' house. I wasn't there very long before my head started hurting ... and hurting some more ... and more. That's happened before a few times. Makes me wonder what's up with the place. It was almost like a migraine, but not quite as bad. Sound and light were starting to bother me. I came home and dozed for about an hour which helped, but it's still lingering.

This route always seems to give me trouble, except for once. Granted, it's not the easiest route I run by any stretch of the imagination, but today sure seemed hard. At least I managed to not walk. When I started the run, I thought maybe 1:20:00 would be a good time to shoot for. That single great run I had on the route was in November of last year coming it at 1:14:33. All the others have been 1:22:27 through 1:38:37.
The best bit is that they very recently re-paved the road running from South Main east and then south to 150 South. Woohoo! There are a couple hills on this section, and it's so much easier running them when the road is nice and smooth.
It definitely felt a lot hotter out than weather.com indicated. Ugh.
