Monday Lull

I slept rather fitfully last night. It seemed every sleeping position caused a little discomfort to some part of my body, if not immediately, then a few minutes later. I don't feel particularly achey today, though.

Workout

September 22
Today is an official rest day. It's a good thing, too, since I still feel fairly fatigued after yesterday's long run effort. Tomorrow is hill day. I hope I feel fully recuperated in the morning.

Food

Breakfast: 9:40 a.m. banana, nectarine, kiwi, 1/2 oz almonds.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. big salad - baby lettuces, radishes, tomato, cauliflower, green bell pepper, carrot, 1/2 oz sunflower seeds, feta cheese, non-fat Italian dressing.
Afternoon Snack: 4:30 p.m. Diet Coke.
Supper: 6:20 p.m. grilled wild salmon, sliced tomato, steamed wild rice, grilled parsnips.
Evening Snack: 8:05 p.m. 1 oz Kashi crackers, watermelon.
