I went back to Evansville today. I thought I had a pair of black pumps, but I guess I got rid of them in my moving sale a couple years ago. So, I bought a pair of black dress shoes and an outfit to wear to Danny & Tracie's wedding reception.

October 13Today is an official running rest day. Good thing, too. My quads are definitely sore from yesterday's race.
Food
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. banana, clementine, kiwi, black grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: 1:50 p.m. @McDonald's - honey mustard grilled chicken snack wrap, Diet Coke.
Afternoon Snack: 3:20 p.m. 1 oz Milk Duds.
Supper: 8:00 p.m. baby spinach, red bell pepper, whole wheat pita, avocado, Triscuits, Milk Duds.
