The forecast for the 12th has already changed from 60% chance of rain to 0% chance with mostly cloudy conditions. Bummer. Maybe it'll change back to rain as the day gets closer.

Woohoo! Sub-11:00 for 11 miles. I think I could keep that up for another 2 miles assuming the temps aren't much warmer. I set a course PR by 13 minutes. I felt pretty stiff and achey toward the end, though. My left hip started hurting again on the outside around 8 miles or so. Rubbing on it didn't help much this time.
The usual 15 minute ice bath followed the run.
I feel pretty tired now at 7 p.m. I'm not too stiff, but not being able to really rest all day until now has tuckered me out. I'm glad tomorrow is a running rest day. My exercise will be mowing the yard which takes all of 20 minutes or so.

The cheeseburger was probably one of the worst I've ever had, but I was so hungry I ate it anyway. The taste wasn't so bad, but the texture was icky. It definitely wasn't ground sirloin! The Blizzard was really good, but between it and the junk at the horse show, three hours later my stomach still feels yucky. And the Dr. Pepper was fully leaded, complete with oodles of high fructose corn syrup. Ugh!!!
I felt better after eating the rice. And the Milky Way ... a regular one, not that "Dark" version ... just had to be done to redeem it's name.
