Another Less Than Stellar Workout

Distance: run 3 miles, walk 2 miles
Duration: 32:42 run, 33:55 walk

Treadmill with 1% incline. Seemed more difficult than it should have. I needed to do about 5 miles at race pace (10:00-10:20). Yeah, well. I started at 5.2 mph and bumped up the speed .1 mph every 1/4 mile or so after the first 1/2 mile. Something is better than nothing, I guess. Tomorrow is supposed to be a long run of 12 miles or so, but it's going to be cold and windy outside. I'll be in Evansville for a birthday lunch (brother-in-law's) tomorrow at 1 p.m.

Food

Breakfast: 9:30 a.m. banana, carambola, black grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.
"Lunch": 12:00 p.m. the rest of the Edy's ice cream.
Afternoon Snacks: 3:00 p.m. @grandparents' - ~2 oz potato chips.
Early Supper: 4:30 p.m. Kashi Mediterranean pizza, the rest of the Gobstoppers (about an ounce), Diet Coke.
Late Supper: 9:00 p.m. hummus, 1/2 whole wheat pita, baby spinach, clementine.
