Bright, Beautiful Morning

My head started hurting while I was eating breakfast & the ache has been with me all day. It's lessened somewhat in the past couple hours, but it's still there. I stayed on the couch most of the day getting caught up on all the TV shows that were recorded while I was away on my travels. I even had a little catnap right before noontime. Didn't help my head any, though.

Beautiful morning. Nice run. My left ankle didn't start complaining until about mile 5. It wasn't a very loud complaint, though. I've been having trouble some numbness in my right foot with the ball of my foot aching and the outer toes getting numb. I think it's the the Dyads, though. Wearing the Pegasus 25's today, I didn't have an problems with the ball of the foot and only a slight tingly sensation in the outer toes.
