Facebook-ing It All Day

I've been engrossed with Facebook just about all day. It's nice making the online connections to friends. I just need to keep up with all, now.

Workout

November 17
Today is an official rest day. I thought about getting on the treadmill while watching the Sarah Connor Chronicles, but opted to remain on the couch. The couch is lower impact. :-)

Food

Breakfast: 11:00 a.m. banana, kiwi, ckementine, 1/2 apple, 1/2 oz almonds.
Snack: 1:15 p.m. 1 homemade oatmeal cookie from my neighbor, hot tea.
Lunch: 4:15 p.m. big salad - mixed herb salad, cauliflower, tomato, carrot, radishes, yellow bell pepper, avocado, black grapes, feta cheese, raspberry balsamic vinegar.
Supper: 7:40 p.m. Lean Cuisine szechuan style stir fry with shrimp, 1/2 apple.
