Workout
November 24This is an official rest day. I'm a little sore from yesterday's long run, mostly the usual stuff: left ankle, left hip flexor, both calves (just a tad).
Food
Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. banana, 1/2 Bosc pear, black grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.Midday Grazing: 11:30 a.m. no-bake cookies, 2 oatmeal cookies, Cool Ranch Doritos.
Supper: 7:30 p.m. Cool Ranch Doritos, edamame, 1/2 Bosc pear; 9:00 p.m. glass of 2005 Goats Do Roam wine from S. Africa ... so so.
