This was a really weird run. My feet felt numb for a long time, presumably from the cold even though it wasn't all that cold. I ran in a t-shirt and shorts which is usually fine for the weather conditions, but my arms and hands were cold the whole time. My feet finally warmed up after 1.5 miles or so. I ran about 12 minutes and was feeling really off, so I walked. When I started walking, my legs felt like I was drunk. Very, very strange. Ran a little to avoid getting caught by a train, walked a little, then ran home. By the time I got home, my legs weren't feeling wobbly, but they weren't normal either. Before I went out to run, I thought I'd do the 4 Quadrants route (4.32 miles) a couple times to get in a medium-long run. Ha! It was also dark when I went out. I like running at night except when I have to do it in town where there are too many potential obstacles to trip over.

I wonder if the leg wobbliness  and the general "off" feeling resulted from my blood sugar levels being out of whack? All the granola and Gobstoppers surely dumped a ton of sugar into my bloodstream.  Hmm.
