Tired 6 Miler

Workout

January 11
11:20 a.m. CT
Warm up: .5 mile walk (treadmill)
Distance: 5.98 miles
Duration: 1:07:39 (out in 33:42, back 33:56)
Pace ave: 11:18
HR ave 160, max 174
Cool down: .5 mile walk (treadmill)
@start: 30/23, 64%, cloudy, SW@6 (10:25 am)
@end: 32/23, 68%, partly cloudy, SW@10
Shoes: Pegasus 25

I was really beat at the end of this run. I kept a more even pace throughout the run compared to last Sunday when the overall time & HR info was essentially the same, the weather a tad warmer, and the winds stronger. I definitely felt more tired today than last Sunday. Ugh.

It sure was good to see the sun.  Blue is such a nice color in the winter.

Food

Breakfast: 9:10 a.m. packet of Kashi vanilla oatmeal, banana, 1/4 oz almonds.
Lunch: 1:15 p.m. Lean Cuisine Macaroni & Cheese, green leaf lettuce, 2 mongo strawberries, 4 Triscuits, wedge of Laughing Cow Light French Onion.
Supper: 5:00 p.m. @parents' - raw broccoli & cauliflower, dip, chili, shredded cheese, cooked apples, 100-calorie pack of Fudge Stripes, Diet Coke.
Snack: 10:10 p.m. @parents' - 2 Flipsides crackers (not so tasty, IMHO), Crackerjack.

1706 calories: 31% from fat, 17% from protein, 52% from carbs. This is an estimate based on a ballpark guess for supper.

Morning Stats

weight: 152.4, post run 151.8
