Darrell suggested a different route than what I usually run when I stay with them. This one included a nice, dirt road with shade, no traffic, and no dogs. Woot! It was a pretty good run, easy pace. I like running somewhere other than the same ol' Princeton routes and am looking forward to running at White Rock Lake while I'm in Dallas and at BATUS in Canada.
Food
Yesterday was a complete nutritional disaster, aside from my usual oatmeal for breakfast. Today started off with two slices of cold pizza for breakfast, followed by lunch at The Flying Saucer (beer!).
