My warm up walk felt a bit awkward and slow, and the first several minutes of my run felt the same way. I never did feel really good and was glad when it ended.

As the day wore on, I never did feel all that great. Dozed part of the afternoon while golf was on TV. Still feel tired at 8 p.m.
