Ran (plodded) the Whole Way

Distance: 3.5 miles
Cool down: .5 mile walk

When I started the run today, I didn't plan to run the whole way. It just sorta morphed into running a little farther before walking until I just decided to run the whole way. Felt okay. Quads will be sore tomorrow. They were a little sore by the end of the run. I haven't run this far without walking since last November.
