I was originally going to do maybe 4 miles, but once I got going, figured I might as well do 5 and then 6. Sunday is generally my long run day. 6 miles isn't long, but it sure seems like it on a treadmill. Besides, with my current level of training, it'll suffice since it's what I've been doing on Sundays. Will need to start adding a mile or two to it each Sunday to get ready for the race in Dallas on March 15th.
