I suppose I really shouldn't have run so quickly the day before a long run, but it was just so nice to be outside. This was a really great run, even with the wind and a 2 minute stop 6 minutes into it to wait on a bleepin' train. Nothing hurt during the run, either. Yippee!!!!
The time for today's route was the fastest by almost 2 minutes. Today's pace was the fastest average training pace I've done (at least in recent memory, like in the last few years), and it's the same as what I did in the YMCA 5k race this past August (but it was a lot hotter then). I'm pretty happy with my fitness level for this time of year.
After running, I did a little weight training for about 20 minutes, 7 exercises (19 sets) for upper body and 3 sets of ab work.
Food
My Food Diary on CalorieKing.comYesterday started off okay, but beginning with supper at my parents' place it headed downhill. Oh well. Not as bad as it could have been, I suppose. Today, I hit the Hershey's Kisses a bit too heavily.
