After yesterday's hard run and weight training, I just wanted to take it easy and maintain a fairly even pace on my long run today. Of course, long runs are generally supposed to be done at an easy pace. The weather was fantastic again. Loads of blue, blue, blue!
My shoulders and triceps are a bit sore from yesterday's workout.
