Uplifted mood sure didn't last long. Been in a major funk since I started walking during my run. Feh. Double FEH.
Watched all the DietTribe episodes on mylifetime.com as well as 10 Questions for the Dalai Lama. Neither of those did much for lifting the funk. Feh.

Workout
April 5, Sunday11:10 a.m. CT
Warm up: .5 mile walk
Distance: dunno ... less than 3 miles I guess.
Duration: 44:14 [17:57 running + 26:19 walking]
Pace ave: dunno
HR ave 123, max 180 [152 ave run, 103 ave walk]
@start: 65, 65%, mostly cloudy, SSW@9
@end: 65, 62%, cloudy, SW@6
Shoes: Pegasus 25
I'd planned to do a 7.1 mile route, but from the get go, my legs felt sorta tired, my lower gut felt iffy, and it didn't get any better, although my breathing was just fine. Gave up the ghost and walked back home after 18 minutes of running. The sun came out fully shortly after I started running, so it was beating on me which didn't help. Of course, by the time I got home, it was full on cloudy again. Feh.
Food
One would think that with eating better, I'd feel better. Not. Feh.My Food Diary on CalorieKing.com
