Easy 6 Miles

After I ran, I mowed the yard. This is normally no big whoopee do. Today, though, the mower was on the back of the trailer (my neighbor has a lawn service & I used one of their mowers) which was in the garage. There is very little clearance on the sides on the trailer. I had to lift the mower and carry it out of the garage. That wasn't a problem either, although it was heavier than I expected it to me. After I mowed, I picked up the mower and put it back on the trailer. As I picked it up off the ground, I had the thought "I probably shouldn't have done that." A couple hours later ... yep, indeed, I shouldn't have done that. My back is spasming like crazy, and it hurts like ... well, it hurts a lot. $(*^&*#*&^%*&^

Tuesdays are supposed to be speed work days, but after two days of racing this weekend, I just wanted to take it nice and easy. This was a very comfortable run, aside from the slight dull ache in my left hip. :-( This is the first running ache I've had in eons.
