Shortened Run After A Sad Night

My granddad died last night. He'd been in the nursing home for about three months, loathed being there, and was in discomfort and pain the past few days. The nurses checked on him at 9:30 p.m. and he'd settled down some and seemed to be more comfortable and ready to sleep. When they checked again at 10:30, he'd died in his sleep. Mom called me at 10:43. She, my step-dad, aunt, uncle, and I went out there to see him and to tell Gran. The visitation will be Thursday, July 16th at Colvin in Princeton from 4-8 pm. The funeral is Friday, July 17th at 3 pm.
