The goal was to just take it easy and get in 5+ miles. Back was fine, although it was pretty achy this morning. Another very humid evening.

The Evansville YMCA 5k is this coming Saturday morning at 7. Afterward, it's back home to clean up and then head back to EVV for my flight to Orlando. Sunday is Alaska -- woot!
