Monday night we went to dinner with Ben at Season's 52. I think I could eat there every day. After a couple beers on an empty stomach and too much wine with and after dinner, I wasn't in any good shape to run on Tuesday morning ... or afternoon ... or evening. What a boneheaded move!

I'd intended to do 2 laps, but settled on only one because my back was hurting quite a bit again. Aside from my back, I felt pretty good. Breathing seemed a little rough, but since it felt like I was breathing water with all the humidity, I guess that's appropriate.
