I finally got around to planning my long runs for the Evansville Half Marathon. I really needed to do 9 today, so I did. Would that I were like that with most other things! Anyway, the run was pretty good aside from my back being uncomfortable the entire way after about a mile. I was definitely feeling a bit tired at the end, but it was pretty warm by then, too. Sucked down a Gu packet at the end of the second lap.

I ran all four laps at a bit more even pace than the last time I did this run. The last time, I ran the first three evenly in 26:00, 25:59, 25:30, ending with a 24:18.

Was really nice to be running again!
