Workout
July 297:19 a.m.
[Run 4 minutes, walk 1 minute] x10 , run 4 minutes.
Distance: 4.95 miles.
Duration: 54:44
Pace: 11:03
@start: 68, 90%, fair, NNW@1.
@end: 75, 89%, sunny, N@1.
My ankle had a few twinges on this run when I hit uneven sidewalks choked with grass and wasn't paying close attention to where I was putting my left foot. All in all, though, it was a good run. I'm a little surprised that the average pace was as fast as it was given the walking. I guess I was tooling right along (for me, anyway!) on the run parts.
Tomorrow, I'm going to either do 5 minutes run/1 minute walk or do a pyramid run/walk where I increase the run time by a minute each time and keep the walk at a minute and then decrease the run by a minute. Depends on how long/far I decide to go, but am leaning toward the 6-mile route out McCarty Road.

For some (subconscious, I presume) reason, I bought a bunch of chocolate/candy at CVS this evening: Kisses, Butterfinger minis, Raisinettes, Almond Joy, Gobstoppers ... haven't eaten any, but still .... Hmmmm.

Great start on your blog. It'll be interesting to see how you structure it. I struggled with knowing what data to post over the long haul. You include more diet info than I do. I wish I did, but have not paid much attention.
What I am finding interesting now, almost 1.5 years back into running, is comparing similar data. My pace, my weight, my distance, with the weather factored in.
