Another night run, and my back didn’t hurt. It started to feel a little tight toward the end of the 6th lap, so I decided to stop at that point. I thought I might be able to get in 8-9 miles. I really need to do a long run, but I'd rather not push it with my back for now. At least it felt not quite as achy this morning.
