First run since Monday's treadmill workout in Herndon and only second run since the crappy long run. It's not looking so good for the Evansville Half Marathon this year. No one's fault but my own. This run was pretty good, though. 3rd fastest for the route. Got caught by a train: a couple Norfolk Southern engines and 35 cars -- only had to wait about a minute and half.
