Tomorrow, I drive to Indy to spend the night with my cousins. They are taking me to IND for an early flight Tuesday morning to Baltimore. I'm looking forward to playing tourist in D.C. since I've only been there once before on a business trip, but I'm especially looking forward to getting together with friends I haven't seen in ages for a cookout on Saturday!

I elected to push my long run to tomorrow morning since I ran hard yesterday and spent a couple hours working in the yard. Today's run was just an easy run, something to get some exercise and keep the muscles loose. Felt pretty good. Still no aches or pains or other maladies. Woot!
